Gemini will be closed to the public for this private event, with two seatings only—at 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM. Guests will enjoy a multi-course prix-fixe menu inspired by the flavors of Spain and Colorado’s seasonal bounty. Think traditional tapas, thoughtful entrees, and a sweet finish—with drinks available à la carte from Gemini’s celebrated wine and cocktail list.
